Volunteers of America Yard Angels

Volunteers of America is dedicated to supporting and empowering America's most vulnerable groups, including the hungry, the frail elderly, people with disabilities, at-risk youth, homeless individuals, women in need, and veterans and their families.

Volunteers will be working with the Yard Angels program to help low-income seniors, age 60+, with raking, weeding, mowing, trimming small trees or bushes, cleaning gutters and general yard cleaning.  Volunteers are invaluable to help these seniors remain safe and independent in their homes. Each of the two weekends will be a different location, and volunteers can sign up for one or both weekends. Come dressed to do yard work. Minors are welcome with a parental consent form (signed the day-of).

Please register below by Saturday, March 30.
