We will work with Energy Savers Network to help residents in low-income neighborhoods weatherize their homes. Our project will include activities such as weather-stripping doors, adding plastic to storm windows, insulating attics/ducts, wrapping water heaters/water pipes, and changing light bulbs to LED. If we secure enough volunteers, we will also help facilitate an interior storm windows workshop.

We will work in teams of five (four participants and a team leader).  Energy Savers Network staff will train the team leaders and will be on hand to supervise the projects.

We would love to have 20 volunteers with four being willing to serve as team leaders. Energy Savers Network will train the team leaders. The projects are easy to learn and the results are immediate. Children 6 and older are welcome to participate, as long as they serve on a team with and are supervised by a parent/guardian. Register children individually (indicating parent/guardian) to help us manage team distribution.

Please register below by Monday, April 9.
