Alumni Travel: Los Angeles Wildcat Weekend

Join Chair and Professor of Art Nina Eugenia Serebrennikov, the Van Every/Smith Galleries and Davidson alumni, parents, and friends for an art excursion to Los Angeles, hosted by the Davidson College Art Collection Advisory Committee.

Price & reservations: Cost is $1100 per person and includes in-city transportation, all meals on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and entrance to all museums and galleries. Airfare to Los Angeles and hotel accommodations are not included. Space is limited so register below to reserve your spot today.

Hotel: A special rate of $315/night (plus tax) is available at Mr. C Beverly Hills Hotel. Please call the reservations desk at (310) 226-6256 and ask to be booked in the "Davidson Travel Program" block.

The weekend kicks off with a casual welcome reception at the luxurious Mr. C Beverly Hills Hotel, which you will call home between taking in the best art attractions Los Angeles has to offer. Our itinerary features visits to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Getty, The Broad and the Norton Simon Museum and Gardens, as well as to several local artist galleries and studios. Every evening, we'll debrief our day over fine dining at some of the city's best restaurants. In addition to learning more about the direction of the art department from Professor Serebrennikov, you will have an opportunity to hear about the Van Every/Smith Galleries and the Permanent Art Collection from director and curator Lia Newman.
