While combat zone medical care continues to evolve, in many ways it remains the same. What has changed and what hasn’t?

The Class of 1971 50th Reunion Committee invites you to join Marcus (Marc) Carr ’71, COL (USAR) retired and former Professor of Medicine, Pathology and Biomedical Engineering at the Medical College of Virginia of Virginia Commonwealth University, for a casual, interactive conversation regarding lessons learned during his final deployment (first half of 2007) taking care of patients at Forward Operating Base Diamondback near Mosul, Iraq. He will to discuss the advances in combat casualty care and the role Davidson has played in his atypical career path.
