Orlando Union Rescue Mission Service Project
Saturday, April 6, 2019 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Orlando Union Rescue Mission 911 W. Central Blvd. Orlando, FL 32805 Map and Directions
The Orlando Union Rescue Mission is one of Central Florida's oldest and largest homeless service providers. The mission provides for immediate physical needs including food, clothing and shelter. The programs are designed to lead the homeless to permanent independence.
We will be assisting the Orlando Union Rescue Mission Staff with various duties around their Bargain Store. The Bargain Store plays an important role at the Mission and provides: discounted items for the general public, source of income to operate the Mission, free clothing and household items to the needy and to families moving out of the Mission and into a home of their own, and job training for individuals in the discipleship program.
